Jake Agresti

Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Jake and his wife, Leigh, relocated to the Greenville, South Carolina area in 2013 following a work transfer with GE. They are proud parents of two boys.

With a long-standing passion for real estate, Jake made the decision to leave the manufacturing industry and pursue a career in real estate in 2017. He became a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina in 2020 and has since built his business around knowledgeable guidance, strong communication, and a client-first approach.

As his business grew, Jake founded the REPAD Team at Bluefield Realty Group in 2023, which currently consists of six agents serving the Upstate of South Carolina. This team structure allows for a high level of service, responsiveness, and local expertise across the region.

In 2026, Jake also obtained his Pennsylvania real estate license, giving him the unique flexibility to work in both South Carolina and Pennsylvania. With a strong team in place in the Upstate, Jake is able to continue serving South Carolina clients at a high level while also assisting family, friends, and referrals in Pennsylvania—either directly or through trusted agent connections.

Outside of real estate, Jake and his family enjoy exploring the many hiking trails the Upstate has to offer, spending time boating on nearby lakes, playing golf and disc golf, and taking advantage of Greenville’s thriving local dining scene, arts, and outdoor lifestyle.
